SPG Therapy & Education is seeking a Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver school-based services across multiple states in a fully remote capacity.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, current California SLP licensure for California students, and an active license in your resident state. Teletherapy experience and strong tech skills are highly valued, with mentorship and ongoing professional development provided.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current California SLP license to provide services to California students required.
• Current SLP license/authorization in the state where you reside required.
• Ability to maintain all required licenses and credentials to provide remote services.
• Previous school-based SLP experience preferred.
• Previous teletherapy/tele-assessment experience preferred.
• Strong technology skills and comfort providing services via a virtual platform.

Responsibilities

• Provide ethically and legally defensible school-based speech-language services through a remote delivery model.
• Conduct assessments and develop comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and provide services aligned with student needs.
• Collaborate with students, parents, teachers, administrators, and IEP teams.
• Recommend service delivery modifications, accommodations, and strategies to support student success.
• Maintain accurate therapy documentation, data collection, attendance records, and service logs.
• Participate in multidisciplinary collaboration and other clinical or special projects as assigned.
