Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is currently hiring Speech-Language Pathologists for school-based positions for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a fully remote position.

Candidates must hold a current California SLP License and have previous teletherapy and tele-assessment experience in a California school-based setting. We offer a mentoring program, local clinical supervision, AAC mentorship, CEU opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current California SLP license required.
• Experience in California school settings.
• Teletherapy and tele-assessment experience.
• Fingerprint background and TB clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide California school-based speech-language pathology services ethically and legally.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and IEP teams on service delivery changes.
• Maintain daily therapy logs, data collection, and attendance records.
• Write IEP goals aligned with Common Core Standards.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
