Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists for remote, California school-based positions for the 2026-2027 year. You will provide teletherapy and tele-assessment services to students, conduct assessments, and write evaluation reports.

Requirements include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, current California SLP license, and experience in California schools. We offer mentoring, supervision, CEUs, benefits, and a salary range of $77,000 to $90,000 annually.

Job Responsibilities

• Conducting ethically and legally defensible California school-based services.
• Conducting appropriate assessments and writing comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Consulting and collaborating with parents, teachers, and IEP teams regarding service delivery modifications, accommodations, and the generalization of skills.
• Maintaining daily therapy logs, data collection, and attendance registers.
• Writing IEP goals aligned with Common Core State Standards.
• Performing other duties and special projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current California SLP license (Required).
• Experience in California school settings.
• Demonstrated teletherapy and tele-assessment experience.
• Fingerprint background and Tuberculosis (TB) clearance.
