Job summary

SPG Therapy is seeking a Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver school-based services across multiple states from a remote setting. The role supports the school-year calendar and offers a competitive salary range based on experience, specialty, and geographic region.

You will conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and collaborate with students, families, teachers, and administrators while maintaining compliance and documentation in a teletherapy environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current California SLP license to provide services to California students preferred.
• Current SLP license/authorization in the state where you reside.
• Ability to maintain all required licenses and credentials remotely.
• Preceding school-based SLP experience preferred.
• Previous teletherapy and/or tele-assessment experience preferred.
• Strong technology skills and comfort providing services through a virtual platform.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay engaged with students and school teams.
• Fingerprint background clearance and TB clearance as required.
• Multi-State Licensure desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide ethically and legally defensible school-based speech-language services through a remote delivery model.
• Conduct assessments and develop comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and provide services aligned with student needs.
• Collaborate with students, parents, teachers, administrators, and IEP teams.
• Recommend service delivery modifications, accommodations, and strategies to support student success.
• Maintain accurate therapy documentation, data collection, attendance records, and service logs.
• Participate in multidisciplinary collaboration and other clinical or special projects as assigned.
