Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists for school-based positions for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a fully remote position offering mentorship and a comprehensive benefits package.

Candidates must hold a current California SLP license and have teletherapy and tele-assessment experience in a California school-based setting. Salary ranges from $77,000 to $90,000 according to the school-year calendar.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current California SLP license required.
• Experience in California school settings and teletherapy/tele-assessment required.
• Fingerprint background and TB clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Conducting ethically and legally defensible California school-based services.
• Conducting appropriate assessments and writing comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Consulting and collaborating with parents, teachers, and IEP teams regarding service delivery modifications and accommodations.
• Maintaining daily therapy logs, data collection, and attendance records.
• Writing IEP goals aligned with Common Core State Standards.
• Performing other duties and special projects as assigned.
