Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking a Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver school-based services across multiple states. The role involves assessments, IEP goal development, and collaboration with students, families, and school teams in a fully remote setting.

Applicants should hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, current California SLP licensure for CA students, and active licensure in their residence state. Multi-state practice is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current California SLP license to provide services to California students.
• Current SLP license/authorization in the state where you reside.
• Multi-State Licensure required/beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide ethically and legally defensible school-based speech-language services through a remote delivery model.
• Conduct assessments and develop comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and provide services aligned with student needs.
• Collaborate with students, parents, teachers, administrators, and IEP teams.
• Recommend service delivery modifications, accommodations, and strategies to support student success.
• Maintain accurate therapy documentation, data collection, attendance records, and service logs.
• Participate in multidisciplinary collaboration and other clinical or special projects as assigned.
