Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking experienced Speech-Language Pathologists to join our 100% remote school-based program. You will provide ethically sound SLP services to students across multiple states, collaborating with families, teachers, and IEP teams while receiving clinical mentorship and professional development.

Ideal candidates hold a Master's in SLP, are licensed in at least one state (California preferred), thrive in a virtual setting, and are committed to high-quality, accessible

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current California SLP license to provide services to California students preferred.
• Active state licensure where you reside and ability to maintain multiple licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based speech-language services through a remote delivery model.
• Conduct assessments and develop evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and deliver services aligned with student needs.
• Collaborate with students, families, teachers, and IEP teams.
• Maintain accurate therapy documentation and service logs.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and mentorship.
