Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking experienced Speech-Language Pathologists to deliver high-quality school-based services through our expanding remote therapy program. This 100% remote position offers collaboration with students, families, teachers, and IEP teams while receiving clinical mentorship and professional development.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, multi-state licensure, and prior school-based or teletherapy experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current licensure to provide services remotely in the residing state is required.
• Ability to maintain all required licenses for remote practice.
• Prior school-based SLP experience preferred.
• Prior teletherapy/tele-assessment experience preferred.
• Strong technology skills and comfort delivering services via a virtual platform.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based speech-language services through a remote delivery model.
• Conduct assessments and develop evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals aligned with student needs.
• Collaborate with students, families, teachers, and IEP teams.
• Recommend service delivery modifications and accommodations.
• Maintain accurate therapy documentation and service logs.
• Participate in multidisciplinary collaboration and special projects.
