Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking experienced Speech-Language Pathologists to provide school-based services remotely across the United States. You will collaborate with students, families, teachers, and IEP teams while receiving clinical mentorship and ongoing professional development.

This remote role offers flexibility, multi-state licensure opportunities, and a supportive clinician-led environment with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current California SLP license to provide services to California students.
• Current SLP license/authorization in the state where you reside.
• Multi-State Licensure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based speech-language services through a remote delivery model.
• Conduct assessments and develop comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and provide services aligned with student needs.
• Collaborate with students, parents, teachers, administrators, and IEP teams.
• Recommend service delivery modifications, accommodations, and strategies to support student success.
• Maintain accurate therapy documentation, data collection, attendance records, and service logs.
• Participate in multidisciplinary collaboration and other clinical or special projects as assigned.
