Job summary

Cartwheel is building a new kind of mental health program centered in schools. We seek outcomes-oriented therapists to work with school staff, students, and families across partner districts.

This is a part-time, 1099 independent contractor role offering teletherapy 8–20 hours per week, fully remote within the United States, with rolling start dates beginning December 2026. You will provide assessments and teletherapy for PreK–12 students, participate in team case discussions, help families

Qualifications

• Licensed mental health professional in AZ (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PhD/PsyD)
• Minimum of two years of mental health services experience with children/youth
• Experience delivering telehealth services and collaborating with schools and families

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health assessments and teletherapy to PreK-12 students and school staff in partner districts.
• Participate in case discussions with Cartwheel team.
• Support transitions to community care providers for students and families.
• Build durable relationships with school leadership, staff, students, and families; meet regularly to discuss needs and strategies.
• May provide clinical supervision to other care team members if qualified
