Scholarship America is seeking a detail-oriented Scholarship Program Administrator to manage a portfolio of scholarship programs, guide client partners through cycles, and ensure timely processing from applications to payments. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, strong administrative skills, and a focus on student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• A passion for improving student outcomes and a commitment to serving marginalized students of need.
• Proficiency with Excel and other MS Office Suite products.
• Ability to work independently with strong time management and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Foster partner relationships and keep partners updated on program status.
• Ensure accurate completion of scholarship processes using customized and standard systems.
• Maintain detailed student and financial records and oversee award payments.
• Provide professional support to clients, students, parents, and schools.
• Communicate program details and prepare reports for stakeholders.
