Scholarship America is seeking a Scholarship Program Administrator to manage a portfolio of scholarship programs, guide client partners through contract approvals, applications, evaluations, selections, notifications, college payments, and reporting. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to support students, parents, and schools.

Qualifications

• Experience managing client relationships and customer service.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups in on-site and virtual environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication including contracts and documentation.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Foster partner relationships and guide them through the program cycle.
• Ensure accurate completion of all scholarship processes across systems.
• Maintain detailed student and financial records and oversee award payments.
• Communicate with clients, students, parents, and schools to provide support.
• Support organizational change and technology improvements.
• Prioritize work to meet program timelines and assess evaluation processes.
• Communicate program details including contracts, calendar, processing, and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet program needs.
• Administer financial accounts and assist with financial reporting.
