This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time), beginner onboarding, and access to resources. No travel industry experience is required, with ongoing guidance, learning opportunities, and potential professional growth.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time-management abilities.
• Able to research information and compare available options.
• Comfortable managing schedules, deadlines, and multiple requests.
• Willingness to learn digital tools, online platforms, and processes.
• Must reside in United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Mexico, or another qualifying region/country.

Responsibilities

• Gather client information such as preferred destinations, travel dates, interests, budget, and requested services.
• Research and review available accommodations, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and vacation packages.
• Help coordinate selected arrangements while keeping schedules, reservation details, confirmations, and itinerary information organized.
• Track deadlines and pending items, provide clients with updates, answer routine questions, and assist with standard adjustments when needed.
• Maintain accurate records, verify important details, and continue learning about destinations, suppliers, and available services.
