Socket.dev is expanding its remote team to hire a Travel Experience Specialist who helps clients plan enjoyable and well-organized vacations. You will work with clients to explore possibilities, coordinate arrangements, and provide support throughout the planning process.

Beginner-friendly onboarding and training are provided, with flexible part-time or full-time scheduling and ongoing team support. No prior travel-industry experience is required to apply.

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to understand vacation interests, dates, budget; priorities.
• Research destinations, resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, activities.
• Identify and present options that match client requests.
• Coordinate accommodations, transportation, activities using approved platforms.
• Provide confirmations, itinerary details, schedules, and trip information.
• Assist with reservation changes, special requests, and routine questions.
• Review travel arrangements for accuracy and follow up on details.
• Maintain organized client information and reservation records.
• Stay informed through supplier education and destination training.
