Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Scheduling Specialist to handle scheduling for Diagnostic Services patients. This remote, US-based role requires patient pre-registration, accurate records, and clear insurance information while delivering excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of experience, pediatric exposure, and familiarity with MS Office. A CRCR certification is required within 9 months of hire, with on-site travel as needed.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) required within 9 months of hire.
• 1-3 years of work experience preferred, pediatric experience beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and pre-register patients for procedures per physician orders.
• Select accurate medical records to ensure patient safety.
• Provide patient instructions and collect demographic and insurance information with courteous service.
• Perform Point of Service collections and financial counseling as appropriate.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor, with reasonable accommodations.
