2020 Companies is seeking a remote Scheduling Manager to lead the Scheduling Team and oversee daily scheduling operations for a national field workforce. You will drive team performance, optimize Salesforce scheduling tools, and collaborate with senior leadership on staffing capacity and KPIs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of scheduling, workforce management, dispatch, or operations experience.
• Experience leading or supervising a team.
• Experience using Salesforce scheduling tools or workforce management systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Scheduling Coordinators through feedback and performance management.
• Oversee daily scheduling operations to meet client deadlines and service levels.
• Manage workforce capacity by balancing workload, coverage, and resource availability across markets.
• Utilize Salesforce scheduling tools to optimize efficiency, maintain data accuracy, and improve workflows.
• Partner with senior leadership to establish, monitor, and report KPIs and scheduling metrics.
• Identify scheduling trends and risks; provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, Field Leadership, Payroll, and cross-functional teams on staffing priorities.
• Ensure scheduling processes are standardized, efficient, and compliant.
