Job summary

Elevate Patient Financial Solutions is seeking a Scheduling and Authorization Coordinator to support patients by phone, arrange imaging and procedures, and coordinate with hospitals in ElevatePFS®. This role is fully remote with a requirement to reside within a 3-hour radius of Myrtle Beach.

You will verify insurance, obtain authorizations, schedule exams, and document notes in internal systems while delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in patient scheduling, registration, or healthcare billing preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling for diagnostic imaging and procedures.
• Verify insurance information and obtain authorizations as needed.
• Schedule, educate patients and document notes in systems.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance throughout patient interactions.
