Job summary

CHG Healthcare is seeking a Scheduling Analyst to join the Customer Success/Support team. This role focuses on managing day-to-day workflow between vendor and facility contacts to ensure high-quality scheduling coverage and positive experiences for all external partners.

The Scheduling Analytics group works to maximize coverage, monitor provider availability, and identify gaps. Strong multitasking, attention to detail, and customer-focused communication are essential.

Qualifications

• College level education or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years of experience in healthcare staffing or locum tenens vendor.
• Ability to learn and master new technologies and workflows.
• Strong customer experience orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage facilities to maximize coverage by auditing schedules.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external and internal partners.
• Act as conduit between vendor and facility contacts for issues.
• Communicate escalations to internal stakeholders.
• Follow workflows to ensure accuracy of Locumsmart platform.
• Provide user training and support via live chat, video, or phone.
• Facilitate calls and meetings and push workflows forward.
• Create development tickets for issues found during workflows.
