Locumsmart, a CHG Healthcare brand, seeks a Scheduling Analyst to join our Customer Success/Support team. You will manage day-to-day workflow between vendor and facility contacts, audit schedules for coverage, and act as a consultative liaison to minimize gaps while upholding service quality.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excels at multi-tasking, and delivers a positive customer experience across live chat, video conference, and phone.

Qualifications

• Ability to work across multiple technologies while maintaining accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and prioritization skills.
• Healthcare staffing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Audit schedules to identify gaps and propose solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external and internal partners.
• Act as conduit between vendor and facility contacts for issues.
• Communicate escalations to internal stakeholders.
• Follow workflow processes to ensure data quality on Locumsmart.
• Conduct user training and support for assigned facilities via live chat, video conference, and phone.
• Create development tickets for issues uncovered.
