Qualifications

• 2+ years of college or equivalent experience required.
• 2 years of healthcare or customer service experience required.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High accuracy and efficiency with sequential thinking.
• Proficient in MS Office—Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain provider schedules to meet patient needs.
• Manage census and scheduling to optimize patient visits.
• Coordinate with leadership to maximize scheduling system effectiveness.
