• Approve exemptions and authorize guidance.
• Calculate eligible income from borrower bank statements.
• Foster strong relationships with sellers' underwriting teams.
• Work with sellers to clear due diligence conditions and resolve financing.
• Ensure loan documents are accurate and complete for final loan approval.
• Review loan files for risk and audit issues.
• Analyze applications for valuation accuracy.
• Assist management with additional duties as needed.
