Job summary

Affirm is seeking a people leader for the Operations Enablement team to drive scalable, compliant, and high-quality servicing experiences across the Operations organization. You will define and execute strategies enabling servicing operations to scale efficiently while delivering exceptional outcomes for customers and merchants.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management or product operations, preferably in large-scale/global operations, including 2+ years at a fintech or financial institution.
• 3+ years in scaling operations and coaching teams.
• Subject matter expert on financial regulations (e.g., UCC, Reg E, Reg Z, GLBA, GDPR) and dispute management rules.
• Certification in Six Sigma, Project Management or Design Thinking.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of cross-functional programs aligned with servicing strategy and OKRs.
• Define program roadmaps, track KPIs, timelines, budgets, dependencies and risks.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across Product, Engineering and Operations to drive outcomes.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and governance with executive-level communications on status and impact.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma to identify root causes and implement scalable improvements.
