FourLeaf Federal Credit Union is seeking a Manager, SBA Loan Closing to oversee SBA funding, documentation, and a team of loan closers. Remote work options are available, with leadership responsibilities and strict adherence to SBA policies.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years of SBA lending experience and a strong background in supervision, policy development, and process improvement within a credit union environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SBA lending experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Advanced knowledge of SBA closing documentation and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SBA loan closing and funding for all files.
• Lead and develop SBA Closing staff; conduct weekly pipeline reviews.
• Ensure compliance with SBA policies and applicable laws.
• Coordinate with loan officers and cross-functional teams.
• Prepare and review documents, disclosures and disbursement sheets.
• Manage department metrics and ensure timely closings.
• Handle special projects and reporting to the VP SBA Operations.
