Job summary

FourLeaf Federal Credit Union is seeking a Manager, SBA Loan Closing in Bethpage, NY. The role directs SBA funding, closing operations, and a team of SBA Loan Closers, reporting to the VP of SBA Operations. Flexible work options including remote setups are available.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or higher is preferred. Field of study: Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• 7+ years of SBA Lending experience required.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of SBA closing documentation/operations and leadership, products and services; related state and federal laws and regulations, and other Credit union operational policies and procedures.
• Computer Skills: MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.) SBA Capital Access Financial Systems (CAFS)/E-TRAN.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SBA loan closing and funding for all files and processes.
• Lead and develop SBA loan closing staff; conduct weekly pipeline reviews.
• Ensure compliance with SBA policies, state and federal laws and regulations.
• Coordinate inter-departmental activities and resolve documentation issues.
• Prepare reports for senior management, audits, and management review.
