Responsibilities

• Pipeline Management: Manage active SBA 7(a) and Express loan pipelines with complex structures.
• Regulatory Compliance: Apply SBA SOP guidelines during closing to ensure compliance.
• Client Service & Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with clients, advisors, and lenders.
• Credit & Documentation Review: Validate credit approvals and closing conditions for SBA eligibility.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, counsel, title, escrow, appraisers, and env.
• Other Duties: Adapt to new tasks and priorities to support the team and company mission.
