Eklabre, a top SBA lender based in Salt Lake City, is seeking a Business Development Officer to originate various loans nationwide. This role entails leading the full sales cycle, managing relationships, and achieving production goals. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of experience in financial services with strong SBA production, and a proven track record of substantial loan origination. The position is fully remote within the U.S., offering aggressive performance incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years sales experience in financial services with strong SBA production.
• Documented $20MM+ annual SBA/CRE/ABL production for each of the past 3 years.
• Deep knowledge of SBA 7(a) and 504 programs.

Responsabilités

• Originate SBA and related commercial lending opportunities nationwide.
• Build a durable referral ecosystem including brokers and franchise networks.
• Manage risk through strong credit fundamentals.
