• Proficient knowledge of SBA SOPs; strong Microsoft Office and banking software knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manages and leads a team of Loan Closing Specialists, including training and development to meet goals.
• Reviews and provides decisioning on pre‑closing loan file reviews for SBA/504/USDA loans, ensuring compliance.
• Leads daily work activities of Government Lending Loan Closing Specialists and serves as first resource for problem‑solving.
• Assists in process improvement activities for the team.
• Prepares loan documents according to credit approval using LaserPro.
