Job summary

SouthState Bank seeks an entry‑level Gov’t Lending Annual Servicing Manager I to own tasks in annual servicing of the Government Loan Portfolio. You will request financial statements, perform cash flow analyses, and prepare the annual servicing memo following SSB guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting recommended.
• At least one year of experience in related field.
• Knowledge of personal computer, Windows and Microsoft software applications is required.
• Must be able to prepare documents and compose business letters and memorandums.
• Must have good knowledge of business English, spelling and punctuation.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of annual servicing for Government Loan Portfolio.
• Request financial statements from Relationship Manager or Borrower.
• Spread and analyze updated financial statements and cash flows.
• Prepare annual servicing memo per SSB guidelines and route for approval.
• Submit risk rating changes and maintain servicing logs.
• Assist with credit-related aspects of servicing memos as needed.
