Job summary

JCW Group is seeking an experienced SBA Loan Closer to manage the closing process for SBA 7(a) loans. The role offers a path to a Team Lead position in a remote capacity, coordinating with Relationship Managers, lenders, borrowers, attorneys, and internal teams to ensure timely closings.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of SBA lending/loan closing experience, deep knowledge of SBA documentation and regulatory guidelines, and a proven ability to oversee multiple closings from approval to funding.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of SBA lending/loan closing experience, with strong experience in SBA 7(a) loans.
• Strong knowledge of SBA documentation, closing requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Experience managing multiple SBA loan closings from approval through funding.
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior SBA loan closers not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full closing process for SBA 7(a) loans from credit approval through funding.
• Review loan documentation and ensure transactions meet SBA requirements, bank policies, and approval terms.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers, lenders, borrowers, attorneys, title companies, and internal teams to facilitate timely closings.
• Identify and resolve documentation or closing issues while ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the process.
• Support more complex SBA transactions and serve as a resource to junior team members.
