Job summary

Capital Bank N.A. is seeking a Closing Coordinator for a 100% remote role.

The ideal candidate will manage loan files, coordinate loan fundings and disbursements, and oversee post-closing activities while liaising with service providers to ensure accurate servicing of government lending loans. You should have significant experience in government lending (SBA/USDA) and commercial lending, with strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with closing documents and core

Qualifications

• Associate degree in real estate, business administration, accounting, finance, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in government lending, SBA/USDA and commercial lending.
• Experience in audit or accounting areas of a financial institution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all GL loan document files and upload to Synergy.
• Coordinate secondary market sale packages and reconcile with accounting.
• Track due diligence items for USDA, FSA, Portfolio, and CF loans.
• Coordinate loan funding and disbursements per settlement instructions.
• Complete weekly loan funding reports for Government and Portfolio loans.
• Perform daily General Ledger reconciliations when needed.
