Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a SASE & Security Presales Specialist to join our remote team serving the Eastern United States. In this customer-facing role, you will design, articulate, and demonstrate secure networking architectures built on HPE Aruba Networking SASE, SD-WAN, and SSE, while translating complex technology into business value.

You will collaborate with account managers and partners, lead discovery sessions, deliver live demos and POCs, travel as needed across the region,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical presales, sales engineering, or solution architecture.
• Hands-on with SASE, SSE, Zero Trust, SD‑WAN, or cloud-delivered security.
• Strong knowledge of firewalls, IPsec, SSL-VPN, IDS/IPS, and traffic inspection.
• Solid networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, BGP, OSPF.
• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer drivers, environments, and security requirements.
• Design and articulate scalable SASE and Zero Trust architectures with secure SD‑WAN, SSE, identity-based access, and firewall technologies.
• Deliver high-impact product demonstrations, workshops, and POCs showcasing HPE Aruba Networking SASE, SD‑WAN, ZTNA, SWG, CASB, and DEM use cases.
• Position and integrate solutions across the broader HPE + Juniper portfolio, including next‑generation firewalls and cloud security designs.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs with clear, technically accurate documentation and diagrams.
• Collaborate with account managers, peers, partners, and services teams to drive deal outcomes.
