Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP is seeking a SASE & Security Presales Specialist to design and demonstrate secure networking architectures built on HPE Aruba SASE solutions, including SD-WAN, SSE and ZTNA. The role involves engaging with customers, leading workshops, and delivering POCs across the Eastern United States.

You will partner with account teams and partners, translating complex security concepts into business value while traveling regionally to customer sites and events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical presales, sales engineering, or solution architecture within networking/security/cloud.
• Hands-on with SASE, SSE, Zero Trust, SD-WAN or cloud-delivered security architectures.
• Strong knowledge of security technologies such as firewalls, IPsec, SSL-VPN, IDS/IPS, and traffic inspection.
• Solid networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, HTTP/S, BGP, OSPF).
• Familiarity with identity concepts: SSO, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, RBAC.
• Experience with public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Able to deliver live demos, whiteboard architectures and run POCs.
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative, fast-moving team player.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer drivers and security requirements.
• Design scalable SASE/Zero Trust architectures with SD-WAN, SSE, and firewall components.
• Deliver high-impact demos, workshops, and POCs for HPE Aruba Networking SASE.
• Position solutions across the HPE + Juniper portfolio for enterprise customers.
• Support pursuits by responding to RFPs/RFIs with clear diagrams and docs.
• Collaborate with account teams, partners and services to drive deals.
• Present to technical and executive audiences and gather field feedback for roadmap.
• Travel across the Eastern U.S. to meet customers and attend events.
