Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is seeking a SASE & Security Presales Specialist to drive secure connectivity from edge to cloud across the Eastern United States. You will design, position, and demonstrate SASE architectures built on HPE Aruba Networking, including secure SD-WAN and SSE, and articulate value of the integrated HPE + Juniper security portfolio.

You will lead live demos, POCs, and workshops, collaborating with account teams and customers to address security challenges and business

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in technical presales, sales engineering, or solution architecture within networking/security/cloud.
Hands-on experience with SASE, SSE, Zero Trust, SD-WAN, or cloud-delivered security architectures.
Strong understanding of security technologies such as firewalls, IPsec, SSL-VPN, IDS/IPS, and traffic inspection.
Solid networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, HTTP/S, BGP, OSPF.
Familiarity with identity and access concepts (SSO, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, RBAC).
Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
Excellent communication skills translating technical concepts to business value.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery sessions with customers to understand drivers, environments, and security requirements.
Design scalable SASE and Zero Trust architectures incorporating secure SD-WAN, SSE, identity-based access, and firewall technologies.
Deliver high-impact product demonstrations, workshops, and POCs of HPE Aruba Networking SASE (SD-WAN, ZTNA, SWG, CASB, DEM).
Position and integrate solutions across HPE + Juniper networking and security portfolio, including next-gen firewalls and cloud security.
Support sales pursuits by responding to RFPs/RFIs/security questionnaires with clear documentation and diagrams.
Collaborate with account managers, peers, partners, and services teams to drive deal outcomes.
Present to technical and executive audiences, including security leaders and architects.
Provide field feedback to product/engineering to influence roadmap and enhancements.
Travel across the Eastern U.S. to support meetings, partner engagements, and events.
