Job summary

GAF is seeking an SAP Vistex Lead to bridge business operations and IT architecture. You will drive the design, configuration, and optimization of Vistex modules within SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments, shaping pricing, rebates, and chargebacks into scalable architecture.

Lead teams across onshore and offshore members, oversee requirements, QA, UAT, and cutover activities. Travel up to 60% is required as part of project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of hands‑on SAP functional experience with SAP Vistex.
• Deep IP (Incentive & Payables) and related modules knowledge.
• Strong OTC, SD pricing, MM, BP/Customer/Vendor Master Data, and FI/CO workflows.

Responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end SAP Vistex implementations, enhancements, and operations.
• Translate business strategies on pricing, incentives, chargebacks, and rebates into scalable SAP architecture."
• Lead onshore/offshore teams through full lifecycle deployments and manage cross‑functional integrations.
