Job summary

The SAP Vistex Lead at GAF bridges business operations and IT architecture, driving end‑to‑end SAP Vistex implementations. They translate pricing and rebate strategies into scalable SAP design while leading cross‑functional teams and managing project deliverables.

Responsibilities include solution architecture, hands‑on Vistex configuration, and coordinating with SD/OTC, MM, and FI/CO modules, plus overseeing testing, cutover, and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of hands‑on SAP functional experience, with a primary focus on SAP Vistex.
• Deep expertise in IP (Incentive & Payables), Chargebacks, Rebates, Claims, Agreements, and DMP.
• Strong working knowledge of Order‑to‑Cash (OTC), SD pricing, MM, Master Data (BP/Customer/Vendor), and FI/CO settlement workflows.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA (e.g., V4 release) and traditional SAP ECC.
• Experience managing initiatives using Agile/Scrum or Waterfall project methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Technical Delivery: Lead hands‑on configuration of Vistex IP modules and oversee integration with SD/OTC, MM/P2P, and FI/CO.
• Leadership & Project Governance: Manage onshore/offshore teams through full‑lifecycle deployments and coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Procurement.
• Quality Assurance: Direct integration testing, UAT, defect triage, and cutover activities for production releases.
• Support & Continuous Improvement: Perform root‑cause analysis, debugging, and ensure SOX/compliance alignment.
