Job summary

GAF is seeking an SAP Vistex Lead to bridge business operations and IT architecture. You will drive end-to-end SAP Vistex implementations, translating pricing strategies into scalable technical solutions while managing project deliverables and cross-functional integrations.

You will guide teams through configurations, testing, and cutover activities, ensuring alignment with SOX compliance and month-end close processes. Travel up to 60% may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on SAP functional experience, with a primary focus on SAP Vistex.
• Deep expertise in IP (Incentive & Payables), Chargebacks, Rebates, Claims, Agreements, and Data Maintenance Pricing (DMP).
• Strong working knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC), SD pricing, MM, Master Data (BP/Customer/Vendor), and FI/CO settlement workflows.

Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Technical Delivery: Lead hands-on configuration of Vistex IP modules.
• System Design: Design IP document types, pricing agreements, calculation buckets, condition types, status flows, and accrual/settlement profiles.
• S/4HANA & ECC Integration: Oversee integration between Vistex and core SAP modules (SD/OTC, MM/P2P, FI/CO).
• Leadership & Project Governance: Lead teams of analysts, developers, and integrators through deployments.
• Requirements Gathering: Partner with Sales, Finance, Procurement to document functional specifications.
• Quality Assurance: Direct integration testing, UAT, defect triage, and cutover activities.
