Job summary

The SAP Vistex Lead at GAF drives end-to-end SAP Vistex implementations and optimizations within SAP ECC/S/4HANA. You will translate pricing, incentives, chargebacks, and rebates into scalable technical architecture while managing project deliverables and cross-functional integrations.

You will lead onshore/offshore teams, gather requirements with Sales, Finance, and Procurement, and oversee QA/UAT and cutover activities for production releases. Travel up to 60% is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years SAP functional experience focusing on Vistex.
• Deep IP (Incentive & Payables) expertise.
• Experience with OTC, SD pricing, MM, BP/Customer/Vendor, FI/CO workflows.
• Proven SAP S/4HANA (V4) and ECC experience.
• Agile/Scrum or Waterfall project experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Vistex configuration across IP modules such as Chargebacks and Rebates.
• Design pricing, accruals, and settlement workflows in S/4HANA.
• Oversee SAP integration with SD, MM, FI/CO.
• Manage onshore/offshore teams through deployments.
• Coordinate requirements with Sales, Finance, Procurement.
• Direct QA, UAT, and cutover activities.
