Job summary

GAF is seeking an experienced SAP Vistex Lead to bridge business operations and IT within SAP ECC/S/4HANA ecosystems. They drive end-to-end implementations and architectural design for Vistex IP modules, including chargebacks and rebates.

You will lead onshore/offshore teams, gather requirements with Sales, Finance, and Procurement, and manage QA/UAT, ensuring proper controls and timely deliveries. This role offers remote work in the US with flexible benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Business or related field.
• 10+ years SAP functional experience focusing on SAP Vistex.
• Deep expertise in IP (Incentive & Payables), Chargebacks, Rebates, Claims, and DMP.
• Strong knowledge of OTC, SD pricing, MM, Master Data (BP/Customer/Vendor), FI/CO.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and ECC.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead Vistex configuration for IP modules including Chargebacks, Billbacks, Rebates, Royalties, and Vendor Agreements.
• Design IP documents, pricing agreements, calculation buckets, and accrual/settlement profiles.
• Oversee S/4HANA/ECC integration with SD/OTC, MM, and FI/CO.
• Lead onshore/offshore teams through full lifecycle deployments and QA/UAT.
• Coordinate requirements with Sales, Finance and Procurement; manage cutover activities.
