Job summary

GAF is seeking an SAP Vistex Lead to bridge business operations and IT, leading design, configuration, and optimization of Vistex modules within SAP ECC or S/4HANA. You will drive end-to-end implementations and align pricing, incentives, chargebacks, and rebates with scalable architecture.

The role requires managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with Sales, Finance, and Procurement, and ensuring quality through testing, cutover activities, and post-go-live support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 10+ years of hands-on SAP functional experience focusing on SAP Vistex.
• Deep expertise in IP (Incentive & Payables), Chargebacks, Rebates, Claims, and Data Maintenance Pricing (DMP).
• Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC), SD pricing, MM, Master Data, and FI/CO workflows.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA and classic ECC.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall project methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on Vistex configuration for IP modules (Chargebacks, Billbacks, Sales Rebates, Rebates, Royalties).
• Design IP document types, pricing agreements, and settlement profiles.
• Oversee S/4HANA/ECC integrations with SD/OTC, MM, and FI/CO.
• Manage onshore/offshore teams through full deployments; ensure QA, UAT, and cutover success.
• Coordinate with Sales/Finance/Procurement to document functional requirements.
