Job summary

GAF is seeking a seasoned SAP Vistex Lead to design, implement, and optimize Vistex solutions within SAP ECC/S/4HANA environments. You will drive end-to-end configurations, integrate with core SAP modules, and manage cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

The role requires extensive SAP Vistex experience, IP expertise, and a track record in OTC, SD pricing, and data maintenance pricing. Travel up to 60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of hands-on SAP functional experience, with a primary focus on SAP Vistex.
• Deep expertise in IP (Incentive & Payables), Chargebacks, Rebates, Claims, Agreements, and Data Maintenance Pricing (DMP).
• Strong working knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC), SD pricing, MM, Master Data (BP/Customer/Vendor), and FI/CO settlement workflows.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA (e.g., V4 release) and traditional SAP ECC.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall project methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Technical Delivery: Lead Vistex configuration and integration with SD/OTC, MM, FI/CO.
• Leadership & Project Governance: Oversee onshore/offshore teams through full deployments and governance.
• Support & Continuous Improvement: Troubleshoot custom developments and ensure SOX compliant month-end close.
