Job summary

GAF is seeking an SAP Vistex Lead to bridge business operations and IT architecture, driving end‑to‑end Vistex implementations in SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments. You will translate pricing strategies into scalable SAP architecture while managing cross‑functional integrations and project deliverables.

The role requires 10+ years of SAP Vistex experience, IP domain expertise, and strong leadership. This remote US position offers competitive compensation and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of hands‑on SAP Vistex experience.
• Deep expertise in IP (Incentive & Payables), Chargebacks, Rebates, Claims, Agreements, and Data Maintenance Pricing (DMP).
• Strong working knowledge of OTC, SD pricing, MM, Master Data (BP/Customer/Vendor), and FI/CO.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall project methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands‑on configuration of Vistex IP modules including Chargebacks, Billbacks, Sales Rebates, Purchasing Rebates, Royalties, and Vendor Agreements.
• Design IP document types, pricing agreements, calculation buckets, condition types, and accrual/settlement profiles.
• Oversee integration between Vistex and core SAP modules (SD/OTC, MM/P2P, FI/CO).
• Lead teams of analysts, developers, and system integrators through full lifecycle deployments.
• Capture and document functional specifications with key stakeholders; manage QA, UAT, and cutover activities.
