247Hire is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Functional Lead to drive end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations and HR transformation initiatives from Chicago/US operations. You will provide functional leadership, design expertise, stakeholder management, and guidance to project teams to ensure successful delivery.

The role focuses on leading global or large-scale HR transformation programs, driving solution design, and mentoring a team of consultants and analysts to meet project milestones.

Formación

• 8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience including implementation leadership.
• Strong expertise in Employee Central and other SuccessFactors modules.
• Proven experience leading global or large-scale HR transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
• Experience with end-to-end project delivery methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead solution design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Manage functional workstreams across project lifecycles.
• Conduct workshops, requirement sessions, and solution reviews.
• Develop functional architecture and align with business objectives.
• Oversee configuration, testing, deployment, and cutover activities.
• Mentor functional consultants and analysts.
• Manage client relationships and provide strategic recommendations.
• Ensure project deliverables, timelines, and quality standards are met.
• Support integration, reporting, and data migration strategies.
