ZWILLING J.A. Henckels LLC is seeking an SAP SD/LE/SCM Analyst to deliver expert-level functional support, design scalable SAP solutions, and lead enhancements across order-to-cash and logistics lifecycle.

The role partners with Sales, Logistics, and Finance to optimize processes and system performance. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and ensuring seamless integration with external systems.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field or equivalent on-the-job experience.
5+ years of SAP SD/LE/SCM consulting experience.
Deep knowledge of the retail industry and SD/LE/SCM configuration.
Experience with IDocs, EDI, APIs, and SAP integrations.
Ability to lead functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

Responsabilidades

Provide expert SAP SD/LE/SCM consulting, requirements gathering, gap analysis, and functional design.
Configure SD/LE/SCM components: pricing, order management, delivery, billing, ATP, shipping, transportation, returns.
Develop functional specs for RICEFW objects and lead testing efforts.
Support SAP integrations with warehouse/3PL, EDI, carriers; monitor performance and improvements.
Translate business needs into SAP solutions and drive process optimization.
Lead projects and enhancements across SAP rollouts, upgrades, and optimizations.
