Job summary

ZWILLING J.A. Henckels seeks an SAP SD/LE/SCM Analyst to deliver expert functional support, design scalable SAP solutions, and drive process optimization across order-to-cash and logistics lifecycle.

You will collaborate with business users to implement enhancements and ensure accurate, efficient SAP operations. The role emphasizes requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent on the job experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience supporting SAP SD/LE/SCM at a consulting level.
• Deep knowledge of the retail industry.
• Strong understanding of full order-to-cash lifecycle and related processes.
• Experience with IDocs, EDI, APIs, and SAP integration technologies.
• Ability to independently lead design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert SAP SD/LE/SCM consulting, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, and functional design.
• Configure SD/LE/SCM components such as pricing, order management, delivery processing, billing, ATP, shipping, transportation, and returns.
• Lead testing efforts including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Support SAP integration with external systems (warehouse/3PL, EDI, carriers) and internal applications.
• Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify process improvements.
• Generate and monitor reports to ensure reliability and security of SAP applications.
