Job summary

ZWILLING J.A. Henckels LLC is seeking an SAP SD/LE/SCM Analyst to deliver expert-level SAP support, configuration, and solution design across SD, LE, and SCM modules.

You will drive process optimization, collaborate with business users, and support end-to-end order-to-cash and logistics processes. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, gap analysis, functional design, testing, and SAP integrations with warehouse/3PL, EDI, and carriers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent on-the-job experience.
• 5+ years of SAP SD/LE/SCM experience at a consulting level.
• Deep knowledge of the retail industry and SAP configuration.
• Experience with IDocs, EDI, APIs and SAP integration techs.
• Ability to lead functional design, testing, and deployment activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert SAP SD/LE/SCM consulting and gap analyses.
• Configure pricing, order management, delivery processing, and billing in SD/LE/SCM.
• Lead testing, including unit, integration and UAT.
• Support SAP integrations with external systems and internal apps.
• Translate business needs into SAP solutions and drive optimization.
