Job summary

ZWILLING J.A. Henckels LLC is seeking a SAP SD/LE/SCM Analyst to deliver expert functional support, design scalable solutions, and lead enhancements across SAP modules.

You will partner with business users to optimize order-to-cash and logistics processes, while guiding testing and integrations with external systems. The role requires consulting-level SAP experience, strong communication, and a track record of process optimization in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent on the job.
• 5+ years of professional SAP SD/LE/SCM experience at a consulting level.
• Deep knowledge of the retail industry and SAP integration technologies.
• Experience with IDocs, EDI, APIs, and SAP integration.
• Strong design, deployment, testing, and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert SAP SD/LE/SCM consulting, including requirements gathering and design.
• Configure SD/LE/SCM components such as pricing, order management, shipping, and billing.
• Lead testing efforts (unit, integration, UAT) and ensure quality deliverables.
• Support SAP integrations with warehouse, 3PL, EDI, and external systems.
• Translate business needs into SAP solutions to improve efficiency and visibility.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Finance to drive process improvements.
