Job summary

ZWILLING J.A. Henckels LLC is seeking an SAP SD/LE/SCM Analyst to deliver expert functional support, configuration, and solution design across SAP modules.

You will partner with business users to optimize order-to-cash and logistics processes, lead enhancements, and support system integrations. The role requires consulting-level SAP experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent on the job experience.
• 5+ years of related professional experience supporting SAP SD/LE/SCM at a consulting level.
• Deep knowledge of a retail industry context and SAP integration technologies.
• Strong ability to lead functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert SAP SD/LE/SCM consulting, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, and functional design.
• Configure SD/LE/SCM components such as pricing, order management, delivery processing, billing, ATP, shipping, transportation, and returns.
• Develop and maintain functional specifications for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
• Lead testing efforts including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Support SAP integration with external systems (warehouse/3PL, EDI, carriers) and internal applications.
