ZWILLING J.A. Henckels LLC is seeking an experienced SAP SD/LE/SCM Analyst to deliver expert functional support, design scalable solutions, and lead enhancements across SAP modules. The role focuses on order-to-cash and logistics lifecycle, with close partnership to business users for process optimization.

Responsibilities include requirements gathering, gap analysis, testing, and SAP integrations with external systems, while driving continuous improvement across SAP applications.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent on the job experience.
• 5+ years of professional SAP SD/LE/SCM experience at a consulting level.
• Deep knowledge of the retail industry and end-to-end order-to-cash processes.
• Experience with SAP integrations using IDocs, EDI, APIs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert SAP SD/LE/SCM consulting and functional design.
• Configure SD/LE/SCM components including pricing, order management, delivery, billing, and shipping.
• Develop functional specs for RICEFW objects and lead testing efforts.
• Support SAP integrations with warehouse/3PL, EDI, and other systems.
• Monitor performance and generate reports to improve SAP functionality.
