Shrive Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead strategic HR technology initiatives across SAP SuccessFactors, S4/HANA and EC Payroll platforms. You will manage end-to-end project delivery including requirements gathering, deployment, integrations, testing, cutover, change management and ongoing hyper care.

The ideal candidate has led multiple global SAP SuccessFactors implementations or enhancements across Employee Central, Onboarding, Compensation and Data

Qualifications

• Experience leading global SAP SuccessFactors implementations across Employee Central, Onboarding and Compensation.
• Strong track record in SAP S/4HANA Payroll transformations is a plus.
• Ability to coordinate HR leaders, system integrators, vendors and IT teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for SAP HR tech initiatives.
• Manage planning, requirements, deployment, testing, cutover and hyper care support.
• Coordinate stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-scale HR projects.
