Job summary

Fujitsu is seeking a SAP Global Solution Delivery Senior Consultant to lead end-to-end HCM transformations, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll integration with S/4HANA. This role will bridge HR processes and enterprise technology, delivering scalable payroll solutions across regions.

Responsibilities include governance of interfaces, payroll-to-FI postings, multi‑phased rollouts, data migration and training for adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering global transformation programs across SAP SuccessFactors EC, EC Payroll and S/4HANA.
• Proven ability to gather requirements to develop and integrate payroll interfaces with ADP Global View or similar providers.
• Deep functional/configuration expertise in integrating SuccessFactors EC, ECP and S/4HANA.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HCM transformation initiatives within a major S/4HANA global program.
• Architect and govern interfaces between SuccessFactors and S/4HANA Payroll with accurate data replication.
• Ensure payroll-to-FI postings and integration with downstream SAP modules.
• Oversee global rollout delivery across regions and manage dependencies.
• Govern data migration, WRICEF developments, testing and defect resolution.
• Create architectural blueprints, functional specs and design templates.
• Oversee SIT, UAT and global go-lives with cutover readiness.
• Drive change management and training for organizational adoption.

Overview

As a Global Solution Delivery Senior Consultant, you will lead end-to-end HCM transformation initiatives within a major S/4HANA global program. This role is pivotal to ensuring seamless integration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll with S/4HANA and driving global solution delivery across multiple regions. You will act as the bridge between HR business processes and enterprise technology, ensuring scalable, compliant, and future‑ready payroll solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Payroll Schema & PCR Expert: Configuration experience on Payroll Schemas and PCRs and Time schemas, and wage type valuations etc.
• Hands‑on expertise in the functional configuration of SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Integration Leadership: Architect and govern interfaces between SuccessFactors and S/4HANA Payroll, ensuring accurate employee data replication and payroll execution across countries.
• Finance Integration: Ensure seamless payroll‑to‑FI postings and integration with downstream SAP modules.
• Global Delivery Management: Lead multi‑phased global rollouts, coordinating across regions, managing dependencies, and ensuring consistent solution delivery.
• Implementation Oversight: Govern full lifecycle implementations including data migration, WRICEF developments, testing, and defect resolution.
• Documentation & Standards: Establish and maintain architectural blueprints, functional specifications, and global design templates.
• Testing & Deployment: Oversee SIT, UAT, and global go‑lives, ensuring readiness and smooth cutover.
• Change Management & Training: Drive stakeholder engagement, develop training strategies, and support organizational adoption of new solutions.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering global transformation programs across SAP SuccessFactors EC, EC Payroll, and S/4HANA.
• Proven track record in gathering requirements to develop and integrate payroll interfaces with third‑party providers like ADP Global View.
• Deep functional and configuration expertise in integrating SuccessFactors EC, Employee Central Payroll, and S/4HANA.
• Exceptional communication skills to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ability to lead in onshore/offshore delivery models and manage global teams.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA as a fully integrated enterprise solution.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification in EC and ECP required.
• Preferably SuccessFactors Certification in Modules such as ONB, PM, GM.

Top 3 Skills

• Integration Expertise: Required Integration expertise with third party Payroll solutions such as ADP Global View. Required expertise replicating data between EC and ECP or S/4 Hana Payroll.
• Proficient in SAP EC Payroll configuration, with a strong focus on customizing Payroll Schemas, PCRs, and Wage Types is required.
• Proficient in configuring critical SuccessFactors modules, specifically Employee Central (EC) and ONB Onboarding 2.0.
• Global Payroll Interfaces: Required expertise in designing scalable, compliant payroll solutions integrated with SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, and preferably with ADP Global View.
• S/4 Hana Mini Master configuration
• Preferably knowledge in other SF Modules such as PM/GM.
